    • Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia Coli (EHEC) Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (Fluorescence PCR Method) P080-580H

Enterobacteriaceae belong to opportunistic pathogens, Under normal circumstances, Escherichia coli has nutritional effects on the body and plays an important role in maintaining the balance of intestinal flora However, some E. coli may cause acute enteritis and severe diarrhea, causing infection of tissues inside and outside the intestine. Diarrheagenic Escherichia coli (E. coli) is a strain carrying certain virulence genes that can cause a series of diseases with diarrhea as the main symptom and cause its epidemic. According to their different pathogenicity, they are divided into enteropathogenic Escherichia coli (EPEC), enterhemorrhagic Escherichia coli (EHEc), enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli lETEc), enterinvasive Escherichia coli lElEc) enteradherent Escherichia coli (EAEC).

Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli (EHEC), also known as Vero toxin-producing Escherichia coli (VTEC). The predominant serotype causing hemorrhagic colitis is 0157: H7, which was first identified in the United States in 1982. Since then, it has been found in sporadic or small places around the world. children under 5 years of age are susceptible to infection, with symptoms ranging from mild watery diarrhea to bloody stools with severe abdominal pain. Contaminated foods, such as cooked beef products, unpasteurized milk, water, fruit juices, raw vegetables, and fruits, are important sources of infection.

PCR-based molecular methods have been widely used in the detection and research of DEC due to their sensitivity, specificity, relative rapidness, and ease of use. Conventional and real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) has been widely used for the molecular detection of DEC virulence factors. The Enterohemorrhagic Escherichic Coli /EHEC) Nucleic Acid Detection Kit is developed by TianLong Biotechnology which is intended for the rapid and accurate detection of EHEC DNA, assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of EHEC disease patients, as well as public healthcare management.
