Human Adenovirus (Ad) PCR Detection Kit
Human Adenovirus (HAdV) is an unenveloped icosahedral double-stranded DNA virus that is classified into seven HAdV species (HAdV-A ~ G), including more than 64 serotypes.
HAdV is an important opportunistic pathogen that can infect people of all ages. Different serotypes of HAdV have different disease profiles and can cause a variety of viral diseases, including acute respiratory tract infection, Epidemic keratoconjunctivitis (EKC), urinary tract infection, pharyngeal conjunctivitis, and gastroenteritis.
Tianlong Human Adenovirus (Ad) Nucleic Acid Detection Kit is intended for the qualitative detection of Adenovirus nucleic acid by Real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction (Real-time PCR) method.
