Astrovirus Nucleic Acid Detection Kit
Astroviruses are known to infect variety of mammalian species and are transmitted via the fecal-oral route causing gastroenteritis. Human astrovirus were estimated to cause about 10% of sporadic diarrhea cases. Tianlong Astrovirus Nucleic Acid Detection Kit is intended for the quick and accurate detection of Astrovirus RNA by real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (Real-time RT-PCR) method. It is expected to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of Astrovirus-infected patients and public healthcare management.
