Professor Niancai Peng, founder of Tianlong Science and Technology, was granted the award for the outstanding contribution on the conference of building world-class industrial innovation and development zone by the government of Xi'an Economic and Technological Development Zone, along with other 29 people who have made significant influence or outstanding contributions in the 30 years to the development of the zone.
