The Tianlong Treponema Pallidum Nucleic Acid Detection Kit is intended for the qualitative detection of Treponema Pallidum nucleic acid by Real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction (Real-time PCR) method. The test is designed to detect DNA from Treponema Pallidum in specimens such as human serum samples collected from individual personnel based on clinical and/or epidemiological criteria. The potential candidate personnel to be tested could include but are not limited to patients with symptoms of infection who are suspected of Tp by healthcare providers, or persons with no symptoms from a population for screening test confirmation or exclusion of Tp infection or TP carriage status.
